I had my first meal at Balthazar in SoHo yesterday.

My first Eggs Norwegian.

My first glass of Haut-Medoc Peyrabon ‘18.

My first Raspberry Napoleon.

Balthazar may not be Keith McNally’s first New York restaurant, but certainly offers a fabulous introduction for anyone dining at one of his places for the first time.

Well done.
